How do I place an order?

To make a purchase, simply browse the store and add any items you'd like to buy to your shopping cart. Be sure to select and check any additional options such as size (a size guide is displayed within the menu). Quantities can be adjusted in the shopping cart before checkout. Once an order is placed you will receive an email acknowledgement.

How do I pay?

Checkout is via PayPal, you don’t need to have a PayPal account, you're able to just enter your card details. All prices displayed are inclusive of any taxes where applicable. The total cost of your order will be the price of each item plus postage where applicable.

Where do you deliver to? / How much does postage cost?

Currently the Terry Grant merchandise range is only available to the United Kingdom, but we’re working on bringing it to the rest of the world. 

UK postage is FREE on all orders and sent via Royal Mail.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days (Monday - Friday) and it may take up to an additional 5 working days to arrive, however it is usually much quicker than this. If you haven't received your order after 10 working days, please contact us 

I’m unable to buy online, is the merchandise available anywhere else?

Currently this is the only place to purchase Terry Grant merchandise, however it may be available at events where Terry’s performing in the future. Keep an eye out for any freebies and competitions too.

Satisfaction / Returns / Exchanges / Cancellation

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase(s). If you wish to return your order, have received a faulty item or require an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving goods. Items will need to be returned within 28 days of receiving goods. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used to place the order.

I’ve spotted an error, can I change it?

You’re unable to amend any details once an order has been placed, so please check these are correct at time of ordering. If you do spot an error with your order, please contact us immediately quoting your order number. If your order has already been dispatched we won’t be able to make any amendments.

Stock Availability

All items are subject to stock availability, however out of stock items will be removed from the store. Should all or part of your order be out of stock, you will be contacted and given the option of either a full refund, a part refund for unavailable items, or you can continue with the order and unavailable items will follow at no additional cost.
